What idiot-savant thought this one up? Let me guess, Ed Teller? A friend of mine who was a former Rand Corporation mathematician and war game scenario planner, said "Ed Teller is the single most evil man I ever met". Claimed all his assistants hated him as he always stole the credit for their scientific breakthroughs.
I saw Ed Teller give a speech once at Arizona State University. I was appalled. The man is friggin' loony! He wanted to use plutonium as a world currency, arguing it was better than gold! Teller said "Someday we won't do trade in dollars, we'll do it in Plutes!"
