California Humpback Whale and Kayaking Women

California gets a lot of criticism for its tough environmental protection laws, mostly because everyone knows US trends start in California.  In last 10 years we've seen an astounding increasing in sea wildlife very near the California shore.  Its one of the truly special things about living here.  Almost makes the high cost of living worth while.  I quite often see dolphin pods surfing with humans in San Diego, and whales are becoming much more common.  So are great white sharks, who are being attracted by the increase in Sea Lions, one of their favorite foods.    Dolphins tend to keep the sharks in line as they are much more intelligent and know how to kill or drive off sharks.

  1. Thanks for the above, uplifting post! I wanted to pass along an article that I found on RT's website: http://rt.com/usa/news/chesterfield-veteran-facebook-arrest-106/. It is about the Marine veteran Brandon J. Raub who was recently, abruptly taken to a mental hospital by FBI and Secret Service agents in response to his Facebook posts concerning the evil perpetrated by the US Government. Raub says, "The Revolution is here. And I will lead it." Let's send Raub and the US Gestapo lots of love!
