This first video shows the Empire State shooting. If you look closely at http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=7419238n about halfway through the video, you will see a gun magically appear in the shooters hand. Take a look at the entire video, things are very odd; from the police officers to the pedestrians.

Wow, you could hear one woman in the crowd yell "NOOO" after he he said that. Also with the video, the police person in it had their foot in front of them while shooting their weapon... When you are trained to shoot, you stand square for accuracy purposes. Only an actor puts their foot in front of them; it's for show.
