Important Update about Fixing the World Project
This is the immediate phase one results of the project. It has been sent to the parties in charge of releasing the funds. It needs to also be spread on the internet for the people to read.

is potentially true( 1st paragraph)? Possible that it was really a call from people responsible to deliver prosperity packages, so that they know what people want?:

I think the author wanted to rephrase it, or perhaps she's not as jaded to the Internet trolls as I am. The trolls and troll-bots have been extraordinarily active this week.
Not that you're a troll btw...I didn't mean to imply that.
