The (almost) New iMac

The refurbished iMac arrived from Apple computer today.  I cannot see a single blemish on this thing it looks in perfect condition. Nice huge screen too!  Thank you all for your help with this replacement for the dead PC!  This is so much nicer to work with and takes up a lot less space.

Still organizing the desk and moving files on to this thing.  That will take a while.

  5. Looks great and you'll feel the difference (after getting used to it) a world apart from the Widows crap. I've only been working with macs since 1982, so I don't really know the horrors of Widows.
    Good luck

  6. A little more advice... purchase the AppleCare policy for your iMac. It extends the full hardware warranty and full tech support to 3 years. You can buy it direct from Apple, or on eBay. eBay is usually cheaper.

This assumes, of course, that you will still need a computer after 12/21/2012. Will you?

    1. I bought the apple care policy the same time I bought the PC. In case my cats tip the thing over. I have one cat that seems to like playing acrobat on the flat panel devices. She's always laying on top of our HD TV. How she does it I don't know.
