8/2/13 Note: minor corrections to law origins of Papal fealty in England -AK
8/4/13 struck out text that was not historically accurate, inserted text and link to an article that gives the in depth story of how England swore fealty to the Vatican. -AK
If you've been wondering how the Pope Francis recent Apostolic Letter regarding the Roman Curia law removing legal immunity and liability from governments, attorneys and judges, might affect governments around the world, then read on. I got many inquiries asking for how a Roman law can affect an ostensibly secular government. And that's a far enough question...and I couldn't remember the exact reason in law why that was true, so I asked a friend who I knew would know.
I got this reply from a friend well versed in law and the history of the legal systems:
It pre-dates this but in looking to John the Noble (King John) before the Magna Carta, He was trying to break away from the Vatican back in the middle ages, I can get dates later.
Pope Innocent III in 1216 stuck King John's balls to the fire with the king's nobles by threatening to excommunicate him and all of England if he did not pledge fealty to the Papal SEE (along with money and land).
The nobles threatened to wage war to dethrone him. He caved. Hence the Papal SEE took over the title to the land of England and its wealth. The Magna Carta came about as a result of John's reign pissing off the nobles with the contention with Pope Innocent III in 1216. John's judicial reforms had a lasting impact on the English common law system.
In fundamentals of law class I learned that Roman Law is a foundation of modern law (not Natural Law - 2 different entities). Later on Church law became the overseer of that existing law. Papal Bulls took over around 1455 which is much like the current Executive Orders each succeeding tyrant signs to circumvent the constitutional; based law here.
LATE UPDATE: 8/2/2013 3:37 PM I got this URL from Lisa Harrison to an article that goes into the importance of Pope Francis Apostolic Letter to law: http://blog.ucadia.com/2013/07/motu-proprio-of-francis-and-why-by-rule.html Its well worth a read!
LATER UPDATE 8/2/2013 4:44 PM I got another URL from Lisa Harrison, this one is a video that gives a good deal of background history on the Vatican bank (IOR) and how the Vatican came to control vast tracks of land. http://www.presstv.com/Program/313317.html
I knew the deed for Washington DC was held at a Catholic Diocese (read thread found HERE):
I wasn't aware the purported "government" was registered as religious non-profit corporation in Delaware. This was sent to me today... given the above it's really not surprising I suppose....but here it is in black and white!....from the D&B sponsored Mantra Corp website, linked below:
If you click on the “Government of the United States HQ” link, you’ll see another website page with some fairly detailed—and possibly bewildering—information. For example, you’ll see that this “Government of the United States” has its address at:
“The U.S. Capitol
“Washington, DC 20515-0001”
Its phone number is “(202) 224-3121”. Business Hours are “24/7”.
You can click the “map” link and see a graphic indicating that this “Government” is located on “Capitol Hill” (same place as Congress) in Washington DC.
None of that seems particularly surprising (other than the idea that our “Government” might be a “company” and/or a conglomerate of “companies”). But the Manta.com report does begin to seem a little strange under the heading “About Government Of The United States” where we read:
“government, owner Archbishop Deric R. McCloud of Basilica Shrine, Michigan and 4th NE Street, Washington,DC”.

The cyber-intelligence complex and its useful idiots
Those who tell us to trust the US's secret, privatised surveillance schemes should recall the criminality of J Edgar Hoover's FBI
guardian.co.uk, Monday 1 July 2013 11.21 EDT
It's a fine thing to see mainstream American media outlets finally sparing some of their attention toward the cyber-industrial complex – that unprecedented conglomeration of state, military and corporate interests that together exercise growing power over the flow of information. It would be even more heartening if so many of the nation's most influential voices, from senator to pundits, were not clearly intent on killing off even this belated scrutiny into the invisible empire that so thoroughly scrutinizes us – at our own expense and to unknown ends.
Summing up the position of those who worry less over secret government powers than they do over the whistleblowers who reveal such things, we have New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman, who argues that we can trust small cadres of unaccountable spies with broad powers over our communications. We must all wish Friedman luck with this prediction. Other proclamations of his – including that Vladimir Putin would bring transparency and liberal democracy to Russia, and that the Chinese regime would not seek to limit its citizens' free access to the internet – have not aged especially well.
An unkind person might dismiss Friedman as the incompetent harbinger of a dying republic. Being polite, I will merely suggest that Friedman's faith in government is as misplaced as faith in the just and benevolent God that we know not to exist – Friedman having been the winner of several of the world's most-coveted Pulitzer Prizes.
If Friedman is, indeed, too quick to trust the powerful, it's a trait he shares with the just over half of Americans, who tell pollsters they're fine with the NSA programs that were until recently hidden from their view. Why, our countrymen wonder, ought we to be disturbed by our state's desire to know everything that everyone does? Given the possibility that this surveillance could perhaps prevent deaths in the form of terrorist attacks, most Americans are willing to forgo some abstract notion of privacy in favor of the more concrete benefits of security.
Besides, the government to which we're ceding these broad new powers is a democracy, overseen by real, live Americans. And it's hard to imagine American government officials abusing their powers – or at least, it would be, had such officials not already abused similar but more limited powers through repeated campaigns of disinformation, intimidation and airtight crimes directed at the American public over the last five decades. Cointelpro, Operation Mockingbird, Ultra and Chaos are among the now-acknowledged CIA, FBI and NSA programs by which those agencies managed to subvert American democracy with impunity. Supporters of mass surveillance conducted under the very same agencies have yet to address how such abuses can be insured against in the context of powers far greater than anything J Edgar Hoover could command.

I received this essay a few days ago. I have edited the text for readability, and corrected the English idioms and expression, English is not the author's first language, but it remains essentially as given in the narrative. I think you can feel the love of the writer for his flawed and well meaning father who thought he was doing his patriotic duty for his country but awakened too late to realize he was working for corrupt bankers and business interests. Particularly interesting is how his father's love for his son caused him to confess the true nature of his work and that kept his son from following in the same awful footsteps. I apologize for the quality of the black and white photos, if I get better versions I will update them. Perhaps its just as well we can't see all the carnage that is in the photos. The photos below have never been published before, the photo above is a stock photo of the invasion of Iwo Jima. -AK
How did we become the Evil Empire?

How did we become the Evil Empire? How did it come to this? The following story it is based in true facts, which I have decided to share with all of you because it is time to spread the truth to the four winds.
Human liberation is at stake. Every single human being who has information needs expose the iron hands behind the curtains. This will help end the tyranny we all have been subject to for so long.
You should feel obligated to do so NOW! The "real truth" if you do not know it by now, is that we have been lied to, duped, used, abused, mind controlled, poisoned and mass murdered for millenniums. Most of us now know our lives are illusion! It’s an illusion of the most nightmarish kind. So lets all start speaking hard and loud until the veil of ignorance completely falls.
This story is based on my fathers life experiences, his entire life history, the challenges, accomplishments and discoveries throughout his entire life ... an entire lifetime window of wisdom is now opening with the writing of this letter.
I choose to keep his name a mystery because I know he would have liked it that way. I will refer to him as "FATHER". I know he would have approve of me sharing of this information with you today because he could have not done it itself while alive. He had "fear" due to his secrecy vows and especially after all he had witnessed through out his military career years. He was constantly tortured by daunting weekly sweating nightmares, which I had to shake him real hard to wake him from. It seem he was having convulsions while he slept. He would just say "bad dreams"!
Father never had the opportunity to see how far down the rabbit hole goes. My commitment to my father in his last days was to always tell the truth and be an honorable man! I think father would be proud of me today. I have seen how deep the rabbit hole goes thanks to him, so here is the "TRUTH" being presented to you today .
Father was a WWII veteran, fought all the way island hoping from the Philippines to Okinawa Japan, he also participated in the Korean war as part of the psychological warfare unit, a unit that secretly experimented on prisoners of war.
Our government during this heinous period perpetrated many war crimes, but that is another story in itself.

|Mayer Amschel Rothschild 1743-1812|
I have seen a few compartmentalized projects, one for the Defense Mapping Agency. Just to walk into the room I had to carry a red flashing beeping light. I am not completely sure this is an actual CIA document, its seems far too un-compartmentalized for the CIA. If there's a bureaucratic model of the human dissociative personality it would certainly be 3 letter agency compartmentalization. The left hemisphere of those organizations never knows what the right is doing. This seems far too cogent and comprehensive overview for a typical CIA operative to have.
It may, however, have its roots in a think tank or some other planning agency of the banking system.
Its a very fascinating look into the world of electrical engineering and physics as applied to economic slavery. Shades of the "Quants" of Wall Street....this seems to foreshadow them. Seems Mayer Amschel Rothschild's methods and spirit became a kind of "Ghost in the Machine"...

To readers, here are some good links on the situation in South Africa and elsewhere that are worth taking a look at.
|Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu|
In your recent report ( January 8th 2013) you mention Mandela. Wonderful idea, however I am afraid that all that we have is a legend. The dear man is very old now . As a result he is very protected and no longer makes public appearances, but remains in the safety and care of his family.
As an alternative suggestion, might I propose the name of Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu. Although also rapidly advancing in age, his mind is still as sharp, many have always thought too sharp, as a whistle :) His experience with the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission can only be of great benefit to all. And last year he called for the arrest of Tony Blair as a war criminal! He did my heart so proud.
Tony Blair should face trial over Iraq war, says Desmond Tutu. Anti-apartheid hero attacks former prime minister over 'double standards on war crimes'
While all turns topsy turvy all over the world, South Africa has also had it's fair share of drama. We still have a very pro Nazi contingent here, the Boer having to his detriment supported Hitler all along, for no other reason than they hate the British with a passion and are strong holocaust deniers.
As one example take Stephen Goodson, although he was on the button regarding Libya and a few other issues, his wanting an increase in payout for shares, his views on the death camps in Europe during WW2, and his blatant pro Nazi fascist views were embarrassing to say the least!
South Africa – Reserve Bank’s Holocaust Denier:
Many Afrikaners, in fact most were and still are unaware of the deep Nazi connection with the Jesuits and the Vatican. And so although vehement Protestants , especially taking the French Huguenot heritage into account, have inadvertently made a pact with the devil. The CIA, Nazi, Jesuit Vatican connection has yet to be fully recorded in the Main Stream Media and history books. Here is an excellent article on that score:

Statement to Employees from General David H. Petraeus (US Army Retired)
November 9, 2012
Yesterday afternoon, I went to the White House and asked the President to be allowed, for personal reasons, to resign from my position as D/CIA. After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours. This afternoon, the President graciously accepted my resignation.
As I depart Langley, I want you to know that it has been the greatest of privileges to have served with you, the officers of our Nation’s Silent Service, a work force that is truly exceptional in every regard. Indeed, you did extraordinary work on a host of critical missions during my time as director, and I am deeply grateful to you for that.
Teddy Roosevelt once observed that life’s greatest gift is the opportunity to work hard at work worth doing. I will always treasure my opportunity to have done that with you and I will always regret the circumstances that brought that work with you to an end.
Thank you for your extraordinary service to our country, and best wishes for continued success in the important endeavors that lie ahead for our country and our Agency.
With admiration and appreciation,
David H. Petraeus
