Benjamin Fulford – 10/19/2014
Did the dragon family take control
of the Federal Reserve Board?

The views below are solely Benjamin Fulford's, as with all posts use your own inner discernment. There is much data in this message from Ben.  You gotta wonder though about people who would hold hostage the entire planet with a disease like Ebola as a negotiating tactic... sheesh! Commentary by David Wilcock follows...  -AK

Did the dragon family take control of the Federal Reserve Board?

Posted by Benjamin Fulford
October 20, 2014

Multiple sources are reporting that as of October 17th, 2014, the Dragon family has taken over control of the international operations of the Federal Reserve Board and that as a result, the cabal’s ISIS and ebola campaigns, which were negotiating tactics, will be wound down. Under the deal, the United States, Europe and England, respectively, will be issuing their own domestic currencies. However, the world’s reserve currency will no longer be controlled by the families that used to own the Fed, the sources, including pentagon and CIA officials, said.

A Chinese government source was unable to confirm that a deal had been reached. Nonetheless, he did note that China, Indonesia and Japan had been printing dollars of their own under the old regime but that all new creation of dollars world-wide will stop in October. This implies that any new currency issued internationally will be something other than dollars; most likely a basket of currencies centered on the Chinese yuan.

A British MI5 source, for his part, says “Europe is in no condition to make any agreements based on the future use of the Euro. Italy, France and Germany all need to expedite the issuance of domestic currency and this is now a recognized fact.”

Moreover, there are still major power groups, notably in the Middle East and the US, that are unwilling to accept this deal, dragon family sources say. As a result, geopolitical turbulence is expected to continue until the final resistance groups are subdued and controlled. A dragon family member says they will push for complete cabal defeat by the Chinese lunar New Year , which falls on February 19th in 2015.

Manic-Buying Turns To Panic-Selling As 'Illiquid' Stocks Plunge To 5-Month Lows

Manic-Buying Turns To Panic-Selling As 'Illiquid' Stocks Plunge To 5-Month Lows

Tyler Durden's picture

Just as we warned, liquidity was incomprehensibly low today (below normal pre-market levels during the peak of the trading day) and the intraday whipsaws were meteoric as a closed cash bond market enabled the slightest twitch in USDJPY to send S&P algos into conniptions. Biotech crashed. Trannies were ripped ridiculously higher at the open - then collapsed into correction (-11% from highs); US Airlines have fallen for 6 straight days, crashing 17%(with today's 7% plunge - driven by chatter over airborne Ebola - its biggest in over years). Tresury futures implied a notable drop in yields across the curve (10Y -7bps at 2.21%, 30Y 2.97%, and 5Y 1.45%). The USdollar closed -0.33% led by EUR and JPY strength (but AUD surged 1% extending gains after China data).  Gold ($1234), Silver, and copper all gained on the day as WTI fell once again (despite some intraday strength in the middle of the day). Stocks "flash-crashed" on very heavy volume in the last 30 mins with VIX breaking above 24 (highest in 16 months). All major equity indices are now below their 200DMA with the worst 3-day loss since late 2011.

Liquidity was simply not there - but but but HFTs?
Which meant - just as we warned - epic whipsaws in stocks...

JAPAN: State secret law to take effect Dec 10

State secret law to take effect Dec 10

A controversial law on protecting state secrets will go into effect on Dec 10, the government said Thursday.

The government of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe railroaded the bill through the Diet last December, despite strong protests from opposition parties and the media. The law was enacted on Dec 6, 2013, with the stipulation that it would go into effect one year later.

The law provides for public servants or others with access to state secrets to be jailed for up to 10 years for leaking them. Journalists and others in the private sector convicted of encouraging such leaks could get up to five years for using “inappropriate” means to solicit the information.

Top officials in all ministries will be able to designate special state secrets in four categories - defense, diplomacy, counter-terrorism and counter espionage - that can be kept secret for up to 60 years, and in some cases, longer.

Abe has insisted that the law is a vital step to protect Japan and bring it into line with its allies.

“Unless our country establishes rules to manage confidential information, we cannot obtain such information from other countries,” he told reporters. “In order to protect people’s lives and property, it was necessary to pass the special secrecy law as quickly as possible.”

Supporters have claimed Japan’s notoriously leaky government machine needs to be plugged to help support the creation of a new U.S.-style National Security Council, and to encourage ally Washington to share its secrets.

But journalists, lawyers, academics and rights groups say the law is illiberal and represents the largest threat to democracy in postwar Japan. They claim it undermines press freedoms and the public’s right to know.

Benjamin Fulford - September 22, 2014:
Facing the mathematical certainty of defeat,
the cabal is negotiating a surrender

The following are the views of Benjamin Fulford and the White Dragon Society and not necessarily of this blog. Ben's Japanese language blog states the US may go broke on September 30th, which matches data we have.... The bonds expired on September 12th and they are now in the grace period which ends on September 30th.   -AK

Facing the mathematical certainty of defeat, the cabal is negotiating a surrender
by Benjamin Fulford

September 22, 2014

Anybody who understands finance and geopolitics can now see clearly the Nazi/Zionist cabal faces the mathematical certainty of defeat. It is also very clear the United States is on the brink of revolution. That is why cabal representatives have begun negotiating surrender with the White Dragon Society and their allies.

The surrender terms being offered by the WDS will be detailed below but first let us review the latest indications of cabal defeat.

First of all the deaths of, and attacks on, senior cabalists continue. Nazi/Zionist banker Emilio Botin, Chairman of Santander Bank, the second biggest bank in the Euro area, died suddenly on September 9th or 10th (see MI5 comments about him at end of article). Also the King of Sweden, one of the last cabal monarchs to cling to his throne, nearly died last week in an automobile “accident.”

Then Skull and Bones murderer and US corporate government Secretary of State John Kerry was ridiculed on live TV about ISIS while insulting signs were held up behind him.

This was followed by cabal propaganda outlet the New York Times putting out a story saying that ISIS was a creation of the CIA. Then armed intruders broke into the White House twice last week. None of these events could have taken place without senior agency and Pentagon backing.

HEY UNCLE SAM: Pay Japan’s apology agencies to say
“I’m sorry”
when it’s just too hard to do it yourself

Perhaps the US Government could use this service to apologize to the muslim world for blaming them for the 9/11 attacks?  I mean its pretty clear now after we spent $6 trillion dollars blowing up their countries... that Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein had nothing to do with it...  -AK

Pay Japan’s apology agencies to say “I’m sorry” when it’s just too hard to do it yourself
by Master Blaster
Aug 31, 2014

It’s a problem we all have to deal with at various points in our lives. We like to think we’re perfect and have it all figured out, but in reality no one is above making mistakes in their personal or professional lives. But it’s in these mistakes that through the humiliation of making amends to those we wronged we grow a little and become a better person as a result.

However, now thanks to a new line of business in Japan you don’t have to! Why go through all that painful guilt and general ickiness of facing up to the fact you’ve wronged someone when you can just pay someone else to do it for you? This way you can get back to the important things in life, like your golf swing or finally finishing that watercolor you were working on.

That’s not to say that these services are simply for people looking to shirk responsibility. A lot of people have trouble dealing with the a fear of inadequacy when it comes to expressing regret, and that’s where a “sorry” by proxy may outweigh any crappy first-hand apology you might think yourself capable of.

The way these agencies handle situations vary widely by company and clients’ needs. For example, they may send someone pretending to be your parent to lay down the law and break-up with a clingy lover who just won’t take the hint. They might also simply call into work pretending to be your wife on days you want to take off and suck at making that sick – achk agh – voice when making the call yourself.

Some apology agencies that can be found online include:

Shazaiya Aiga Pro: 25,000 yen (US$240) for face-to-face apology and 10,000 yen ($96) for email or phone apology; Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Yokohama Benriya Natchan: Estimates given by phone consultation and they offer “apologies while crying” which is especially effective against angry people.

Nihon Shazai Daikokao: Basic charge of 3,500 yen ($33) per hour

That last one might seem like a sweet deal, but according to a company interviewed by NHK, a session between a belligerent soon-to-be-ex-lover and an actor playing the other lover’s parent sometimes lasts up to 12 hours.

Naturally such businesses have come up against criticism. Beyond the fact that they allow people to short-cut a fundamental human experience, they certainly seem to set up a web of lies that may complicate one’s life down the road. That being said, no such problems have been reported about these companies so far according to the NHK report.

The businesses claim this is because of thorough consideration for the client’s situation through consultation. About 40 percent of that customer base is said to be women between 20 and 40 years old, and the most popular reasons for soliciting these agencies are problems with money and/or significant others.

Some might say that these services are preying on the weaknesses of humanity, but I’d like to think they’re out there fighting the good fight and shouldering the burdens of our sins just like our own personal Jesus – to quote Depeche Mode.

Ah, actually I’m sorry… If you were a Christian and in any way offended by that last comment, I sincerely apologize for my insensitive remarks and hope you can find it within yourself to forgive me.

Source: J-Cast TV Watch (Japanese)

But more importantly, if you found that apology just now really convincing then I’d like to offer my services by pretending to be your father or employer. Fees will be negotiated after a consultation but I assure you that certain someone in your life will end up hating me far worse than they will you. That’s the Master Blaster guarantee!

Come on and lift up the receiver. I’ll make you a believer.

Japanese Commuters Move A 70,000-Pound Train

Japanese Commuters Move A 70,000-Pound Train
To Rescue A Trapped Woman

About 40 Japanese commuters joined forces with railway staff to move a 70,550-pound train after a woman fell into the 8-inch gap between it and the platform.

They pushed the train so it was leaning back, allowing others to pull the woman free. The woman, in her mid-30s, had fallen to her waist and was not seriously injured, according to the AP.

The train, stopped at Tokyo's Minami-Urawka station, was delayed by just eight minutes, the Guardian reported.

Photographer Norihiro Shigeta from Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun got the shot:

How did we become the Evil Empire?

I received this essay a few days ago. I have edited the text for readability, and corrected the English idioms and expression, English is not the author's first language, but it remains essentially as given in the narrative.  I think you can feel the love of the writer for his flawed and well meaning father who thought he was doing his patriotic duty for his country but awakened too late to realize he was working for corrupt bankers and business interests.  Particularly interesting is how his father's love for his son caused him to confess the true nature of his work and that kept his son from following in the same awful footsteps.  I apologize for the quality of the black and white photos, if I get better versions I will update them.  Perhaps its just as well we can't see all the carnage that is in the photos. The photos below have never been published before, the photo above is a stock photo of the invasion of Iwo Jima.  -AK

How did we become the Evil Empire?

How did we become the Evil Empire? How did it come to this? The following story it is based in true facts, which I have decided to share with all of you because it is time to spread the truth to the four winds.

Human liberation is at stake.  Every single human being who has information needs expose the iron hands behind the curtains.  This will help end the tyranny we all have been subject to for so long.

You should feel obligated to do so NOW!  The "real truth" if you do not know it by now, is that we have been lied to, duped, used, abused, mind controlled, poisoned and mass murdered for millenniums. Most of us now know our lives are illusion!  It’s an illusion of the most nightmarish kind. So lets all start speaking hard and loud until the veil of ignorance completely falls.

This story is based on my fathers life experiences, his entire life history, the challenges, accomplishments and discoveries throughout his entire life ... an entire lifetime window of wisdom is now opening with the writing of this letter.

I choose to keep his name a mystery because I know he would have liked it that way. I will refer to him as "FATHER".  I know he would have approve of me sharing of this information with you today because he could have not done it itself while alive.  He had "fear" due to his secrecy vows and especially after all he had witnessed through out his military career years. He was constantly tortured by daunting weekly sweating nightmares, which I had to shake him real hard to wake him from.  It seem he was having convulsions while he slept.  He would just say "bad dreams"!

Father never had the opportunity to see how far down the rabbit hole goes. My commitment to my father in his last days was to always tell the truth and be an honorable man! I think father would be proud of me today.  I have seen how deep the rabbit hole goes thanks to him, so here is the "TRUTH" being presented to you today .

Father was a WWII veteran, fought all the way island hoping from the Philippines to Okinawa Japan, he also participated in the Korean war as part of the psychological warfare unit, a unit that secretly experimented on prisoners of war.

Among the experiments he was involved in was finding ways of keeping them complaint and docile while the prisoners were being kept in concentration camps under horribly inhumane conditions.
Our government during this heinous period perpetrated many war crimes, but that is another story in itself.

Has he struck it rich (again)?

Billionaire philanthropist and liberal activist George Soros has reportedly made $1 billion since November 2012 by betting against the Japanese yen, Bloomberg reports.

“The Japanese wager helped the firm return about 10 percent last year and 5 percent so far this year, said the person,” the report notes, citing a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity

“The yen has weakened 17 percent versus the dollar since about the start of the fourth quarter, the worst performance over a similar period since 1985,” the report adds.

If these report are accurate, it means that Soros has once against benefited from the fall of a nation’s currency (see “Black Wednesday”).

Hacker Leads Japanese Police to Cat With String of Clues

Jan 07, 2013 4:38 PM EST
By Max Eddy

Japanese law enforcement is apparently engaged in a bizarre cat-and-mouse game with a hacker that recently involved an actual cat. Like something out of a movie, Japan's National Police Agency (NPA) was compelled to follow a series of clues leading to a memory card attached to the collar of a cat.

This strange series of events began with emails sent from computers around Japan which contained threats to blow up an aircraft, bomb the kindergarten attended by the grandchildren of Emperor Akihito, and other acts of violence. These initial threats led Japanese law enforcement to arrest four individuals, only to release them after it became clear that the suspects' only crime was being infected with the" iesys.exe" malware. Disturbingly, police claimed to have "extracted" confessions from all four prior to confirming their innocence.

On New Year's Day, a string of riddles sent via email to Japanese media outlets eventually led to the cat, who apparently lived on an island near Tokyo.

The memory card carried by the cat allegedly contained information about iesys.exe, also known as the "remote control virus," which is used to take control of infected computers. In their analysis, Symantec confirmed iesys.exe does indeed allow a user to remotely access a computer and send email. Symantec also notes that they believe that the malware is not widespread, despite law enforcement's apparent frustration.

Interestingly, all the reporting attributes the authorship of iesys.exe and these strange events to a single individual. With the popularity of groups like Anonymous and other online hacker collectives, it seems odd that a lone individual can command so much attention.

The investigation appears to be ongoing, though there's no word yet as to whether any fresh clues have been delivered. For anyone interested in playing detective, Wired writes that the NPA has offered the country's first ever cyber-crime bounty of $21,000 for the hacker. Animal control officers might want to take note.

Will there be a coup d'état in the US

Will there be a coup d'état in the US during the next couple of weeks?

Posted by Benjamin Fulford
October 22, 2012

The people in charge at the US agencies and military know the presidential election scheduled for November 8th will be a fraud and a sham no matter what the outcome. That is why many reliable sources are saying US militias and reserve troops were put on alert last week. They have either started to mobilize either to pre-empt the elections and put the Joint Chiefs of Staff in charge of an interim government or to get ready to act in anticipation of post-election violence and chaos, depending on who you talk to.

In any case, it is no coincidence that both the US and China will be selecting a new government on November 8th and there is a lot of plotting and speculation going on beneath the surface as that date approaches.

In Europe as well, there are signs of a fundamental struggle reaching a climax as the IMF and certain governments face off against the bankers over control of the process of money creation.

Man in bulletproof vest, with body bags in luggage, arrested at LAX
October 9, 2012 |  2:50 pm

A man who arrived in Los Angeles on a flight from Japan wearing a bulletproof vest and flame retardant pants underneath his trench coat has been charged with transporting dangerous materials, federal authorities said Tuesday.

As if the gear allegedly worn by Yongda Huang Harris wasn't alarming enough, authorities say he was also transporting assorted weapons, biohazard suits and body bags in his carry-on luggage.

Harris, 28, was arrested Friday and is expected to make his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with one count of transporting hazardous materials with a possible maximum sentence of up to five years in prison.

DOCUMENT: Man arrested at LAX for transporting hazardous materials

A resident of Boston, Harris was due to fly home after arriving at LAX from Japan. But U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers observed his unusual choice in clothing and immediately referred him for secondary inspection.

The search turned up items that in addition to the body bags and biohazard suits included a pyrotechnic smoke grenade, three leather-coated billy clubs, a collapsible baton, a full-face respirator, various knives, a hatchet, handcuffs, leg irons and a device to repel dogs, authorities said.

According to a federal affidavit, the Los Angeles Police Department’s bomb squad X-rayed the smoke grenade and determined that it was a prohibited device because it could fill the cabin of an  airplane with smoke or cause a fire.

A formal investigation was opened by special agents of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations unit, and investigators are working closely with HSI’s attache office in Tokyo.

Harris, a U.S. citizen of Chinese descent, had been living and working recently in Japan. It was not immediately clear how or why the items were not detected at the airport where he departed in Japan.

Japan Financial Services Minister Found Dead

Japan financial services minister found dead

By Michiyo Nakamoto and Mure Dickie, Financial Times
September 11, 2012 -- Updated 1122 GMT (1922 HKT)

Japanese Financial Services Minister Tadahiro Matsushita speaks at the prime minister's official residence on June 4.

Apparent suicide could complicate matters for ruling coalition

Matsushita was from coalition's junior partner, the People's New party
He dies hours before he was due to testify to parliamentary committee
He faced allegations he received donations from companies awarded contracts

Tokyo (Financial Times) -- Japan's financial services minister was found dead at his home on Monday in what police suspect was a suicide.

Tadahiro Matsushita, 73, who was Japan's third Financial Services Agency minister in three years, had been in his position for just three months, following a cabinet reshuffle in June by Yoshihiko Noda, prime minister.
Matsushita's apparent suicide could further complicate matters for a ruling coalition battered by internal divisions and parliamentary gridlock.

On Monday, Noda visited the hospital where Matsushita's body was taken and told reporters he was "very surprised at the sad news."

Matsushita was from the coalition's junior partner, the People's New party, which has filled the FSA post since the ruling Democratic party came to power in 2009.

State broadcaster NHK said Matsushita was the first cabinet minister to die in office since the suicide in May 2007 of then agriculture minister Toshikatsu Matsuoka.

The Story of the Kidnapped 13-Year Old Princess;
Also, About the Financial and Industrial Purge
That Has Begun in China

by Benjamin Fulford 8-28-12

The old colonialist regime is Asia is falling apart fast and hysterical efforts to fan “territorial disputes,” will not save it. This can be seen in a flood of new revelations coming from the new regime in North Korea as well as in signals being put out by the new government scheduled to take power in China in November.

The latest revelation from North Korea is the stuff of fairy tales. Yokota Megumi, the 13-year old girl spirited away from Japan in 1977 is a member of the Japanese imperial family, according to multiple Japanese, North Korean and Chinese sources. She was taken to be married to North Korean leader Kim Jong-il in order to give the Kim dynasty imperial legitimacy. Her son, new North Korean leader Kim Jon-un, is now suggesting Yokota be given the title of “Empress Dowager.”

CEO of Nomura, Japan’s Biggest Investment Bank, Quits Amid Insider Trading Scandal

Kenichi Watanabe, right, announces his resignsation at a press
conference at the company's headquarters in Tokyo on
July 26, 2012, as his succesor Koji Nagai, left, looks on.

TOKYO — Nomura CEO Kenichi Watanabe has resigned in the wake of an insider trading scandal that has tarnished the reputation of Japan Inc. and its biggest investment bank.

Watanabe announced his resignation at a news conference Thursday in Tokyo, ending his four year leadership of Nomura Holdings Ltd. Takumi Shibata, another top executive at the bank, also resigned.

Watanabe, 59, will from Aug. 1 be replaced by Koji Nagai, the president of Nomura Securities Co., which is part of the Nomura banking empire and at the centre of the insider scandal.

Japan’s financial regulators are investigating Nomura Securities for leaking information to clients ahead of planned securities offerings by energy company Inpex, Mizuho Financial Group and Tokyo Electric Power Co. in 2010.

Nomura has admitted that some its employees were involved in leaking inside information.

“Our reputation has been badly damaged,” said Nagai. “To try to restore trust is easily said, but to actually accomplish that is a huge undertaking. Rather than just change our approach, we need to fundamentally rebuild the company. All corporate employees need to be involved in this,” he said.

Benjamin Fulford: Japanese Power Broker Ichiro Ozawa Ordered My Murder

Japanese power broker Ichiro Ozawa ordered my murder

Posted by Benjamin Fulford
July 10, 2012

The order to stab this writer with a poisoned needle was given by Japanese power broker Ichiro Ozawa and his North Korean faction, according to North Korean, South Korean and Japanese military intelligence and underworld sources. Ozawa is upset by repeated assertions by this writer that he was involved in, and profited from, the 311 nuclear and tsunami terror attacks against Japan. My question to Ozawa is, why not sue me for slander instead of trying to kill me? Is it because you are guilty of participating in, and profiting from, the murder of 20,000 of your fellow Japanese citizens?

We are now investigating whether Ozawa was acting on his own or following instructions from the Rockefellers, the Bushes or the P2 lodge. We have also heard that somebody lied to North Korea’s Kim Jong-un and told him this writer was somehow responsible for his father’s murder.

In any case, formal police complaints have been filed and the case against the cabal has just been upgraded from financial fraud to mass murder.

The cabalists seem to think that by murdering writers and politicians they can still somehow do a Hail Mary pass and get out of the situation they find themselves in. That is naïve to say the least. In any case, it is becoming clear that the cabal’s attempts at mass manipulation through terror are falling apart.

The arrested suspects in the 1995 sarin gas attack on the Tokyo Subway system have testified the incident was an experiment in manipulation of Japanese politics via terror ordered by Kim Jong-il and his Nazi cabal allies. It was a practice run for the much bigger terrorist attack carried out on March 11, 2011. The aim was to create 40 million “nuclear refugees” from Japan as a part of a strategy to rule Asia through terror. This plan has failed utterly.

The same group was responsible for the attack on New Orleans with weather manipulation weaponry in the Hurricane Katrina incident. That incident was also a practice run intended to see if Americans could be forced into concentration camps by a “natural disaster.” This was a test run for the Gulf of Mexico oil spill that was supposed to generate millions of refugees from US States bordering on the gulf. This also ended in failure for the cabal.

The original plans also called for a series of floods and nuclear disasters along the Mississippi river but these also ended in failure.

So, we can guess and hope that their plans to hit London and then Rome with nuclear weapons will also end in failure.

The cabalists are still threatening mayhem if any attempt is made to remove them from control of the process of creating and distributing money.

What they do not seem to understand is that multiple legal actions in many countries are grinding towards them. As the saying goes, the wheels of justice grind slowly but they grind to dust.

Here is one example of why their control matrix is falling apart. Below are photos of some commemorative Euros that were part of a batch of $150 billion the European Central Bank tried to cash last week:

These are bills of the sort that have been sent to Asia as “payment” for gold the cabalists borrowed from Asian groups like the Dragon family. However, what these banksters need to realize is that the gig is up: no matter what kind of funny paper they print, it is no longer business as usual.

Japan Shuts Down All Nuclear Power Plants 5/5/12

Japan, from Saturday, for the first time for 42 years, without nuclear power
Published: 04/05/2012
(Article translated from German at the Swiss website )

Tokyo - For the first time since 1970, Japan will have to make do without nuclear energy completely, starting Saturday. The only currently operated nuclear reactor will be shut down for maintenance more than 70 days.
Japan has 50 reactors, the reactors at Tomari nuclear power plant on the northern island of Hokkaido, however, was the only one who was after the earthquake and tsunami disaster last year still in operation. Japanese reactors to be shut down for maintenance every 13 months. The systems must the grid only when the local governments have agreed.

The shutdown of the reactor at Tomari on Saturday will be accompanied by anti-nuclear demonstrations throughout Japan. Until the disaster of  March 2011, Japan drew about a third of its electricity through nuclear power.

The earthquake and tsunami in March 2011 and a meltdown at a nuclear power plant in Fukushima, the worst nuclear disaster was triggered since Chernobyl in 1986. After the failure of the cooling and the core melt down, radioactivity was in the air, ground and into the sea.

Since the meltdown in Japan there is growing distrust of nuclear power. For security reasons, all reactors have to shut down including the nuclear power plant in Tomari.

With the cessation of nuclear power, there are fears of  power shortages in the country during the hot summer months. According to the Japanese government , however, two units in the Oi nuclear plant in the west of the country are safe enough to be put back into service in summer. The nuclear plant has recently passed a stress test. But against a startup of the reactors from Oi to defend the inhabitants of the region.
The government argues that Oi could help to avoid bottlenecks in the power supply. Whether or when, the authorities approved a resumption of operation is an open question.

The power companies argue, with impending shortages in the summer, to restart their reactors. Recently also the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) had urged Japan to take the safe reactors back into operation, as in the case of bottlenecks in the electricity supply business risks threatening.
